What We Do
Seton
provides four levels of service to schools:
Level 1:
Prevention - Seton Professionals Provide programs in a classroom setting including the “Second
Step” violence prevention program, “Steps to Respect” bullying
prevention program, “Talk about Touching” sexual abuse prevention
program, Assertive Communication, and a Test-anxiety Reduction
workshop.
Level 2:
Direct Clinical Service – Individual Counseling,
Group Counseling, parent education and support,
Filial
Play Therapy
and
Primary Project. Seton works with students
and families to address issues such as trauma, grief,
depression, anxiety, ADHD, and divorce. Seton also provides
crisis intervention services.
Level 3:
Referrals to Community Services – Seton
professionals can refer students and families to community services
such as psychological and psychiatric evaluations, educational
assessments, and healthcare.
Level 4:
Seton works with principals, administrators,
faculty, parents and students to promote systemic change such as
facilitating a school-wide anti-bullying campaign, and Positive
Behavioral Support.
